Course Outline
Our SPHRi training is designed to cover all the under-listed four exam topics as set by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI):
- Business Leadership – 31%
- Talent Development and Management – 27%
- HR Service Delivery – 24%
- Measurement and Analysis – 18%
Who Is Eligible?
SPHRi course is for professionals who have met any of the under-listed standard requirements for experience and education:
- A minimum of four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + MSc or global equivalent,
- A minimum of five years of experience in a professional-level HR position + BSc or global equivalent, OR
- A minimum of seven years of experience in a professional-level HR position + high school diploma or global equivalent.
All eligible candidates must have an attested knowledge of local employment law.
Training Options
We offer flexible training options to candidates to choose from.
Online training: We provide our students the opportunity to learn at their own pace in a cost-time effective way. Our tiptop online courses is designed to meet the needs of those whose tight work schedule may not allow to attend our classroom training, who reside far from our training centers or simply wants flexible training schedule and environment.
Classroom training: Our students have the benefit of learning in any of our top-notch designed and suitably comfortable training facilities.
Training Duration
SPHRi training in Clarion College is scheduled to last for 5 Weekends 10:00am – 04:00pm (60 Minutes Break daily).
During the training sessions, exhaustive SPHRi training manuals will be given to all participants to enable them read up before and after each session.
Certification Exam
After successfully completing the training, Clarion College issues certificate of course completion to all participants which will qualify them to sit for the exam. With the certificate of course completion, participants can test for the SPHRi anytime of the year, depending on the availability of the test center they chose.
Exam Format
- Computer-based exam at a Pearson VUE testing center
- Exam time: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
- Exam length: 105 scored questions (mainly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions
- Language: English (also available in Spanish – Castilian)
How to Remain Certified
SPHRi is valid for only three years from the certification date. To maintain the validity of your SPHRi credential, you must earn 60 recertification credits, of which 15 must be business Management and Strategy credits over the three years validity period.
