GPHR Certification Preparation Classes in Lagos, Abuja and Portharcourt

Effective April 14, 2020, HRCI had announced the removal of the global experience requirement for GPHR certification to enable HR professionals to easily experience and learn, while they are engaged in cross-border HR practices. This latest development has led to a review and change in the GPHR exam content outline which will be formally available on October 1, 2020. What this means to HR practitioners is that anyone who desires to take the GPHR certification exam after October 1, 2020 will have to prepare for the exam using the new GPHR study materials; otherwise the original GPHR material will be effective for exam preparation, provided the exam will be taken before October 1, 2020.

Earning a GPHR credential after October 1, 2020 will require the HR practitioner to have an in-depth understanding of strategic global human resources, global talent management, risk management and compliance, global mobility, workplace culture and total reward.
