Each module addressed a very important and critical aspect of performance management, and I could see practical examples of how I could apply it in my everyday work life as well as where I’ve been getting it wrong.
Perhaps, I found this course very intriguing because I could relate perfectly, or maybe because it was just an amazing course. Either-ways, I recommend it for any one who is tasked with managing people in any area of his/her life.
